The “It’s Got to be Galbani” campaign will kick-off in early May and run until the end of July – “peak mozzarella season” – across radio, video-on-demand and YouTube.
The advert features Galbani Mozzarella (125g and 250g) and Galbani Dolcelatte and aims to reach 9.1 million 35- to 54-year-olds.
Héloïse Le Norcy-Trott, group marketing director for Lactalis UK & Ireland, said: “Having benefited from more consumers cooking at home throughout the health crisis, we saw sales of Galbani grow by 49% in 2020.
“Now, as we approach the summer sales peak for mozzarella, there has never been a better time to invest in an impactful media campaign.
“As we already know that the creative is a hit with our target shopper, we are confident that it will raise awareness for the brand and ultimately help drive sales.”
